This book is adorable, fun and quality reading material from Nosy Crow. These books continue delight me in how well they have been written for young children, and how well they support other developmental areas such as find motor and communication skills. There is so much to love about this book for 1 to 3 year olds and this is for sure going to be well read in storytime this year for me.
Nosy Crow have a podcast in iTunes, it has been there since 2013 but I only discovered it today. The podcast has audio versions of some of the Nosy Crow books which you can read along with it. This reminded me of my childhood when I used to listen to the Storytime Magazine to stories such as, Gobolino the Witches Cat, when I went to bed at night.
There is so much to love about this book especially if you want to learn how to say “I love you” in English, Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin, and French. With some words on each page and buttons to press to hear the pronunciation of “I Love You”, this book has the right combination to engage your child in languages by site and sound.
