It is a book to play games in, decorate, draw, use your imagination, connect the dots and count together; creating memories and looking back over the year and seeing how much you have changed together.
This has to be one of the best colour recognition books that I have seen in a while. The meerkats are cute, the words flow easily, and it is one of those books that are playfully engaging.
Lydia Williams in goalkeeper for the Matilda’s and her message is clear, ” I just want to motivate and hopefully be a role model for kids so that they know they can do anything they set their mind to. And have fun whilst doing it too”. She has done this through her first book Saved!!!
Margaret Wild has written this book in a manner that you feel Emma’s excitement about the new, and the blessings from time past in the old.
