The book was positive and encouraging to the reader to assess their unique qualities. What stood out to me the most was that the author does not point out differences in people but highlights that everyone in life is good at different things.
"Grover's tummy had been rumbling all day. He couldn't remember when he'd last had a meal. He wished the Man with Big Boots fed him more often. Doesn't he know that dogs need to eat everyday? Grover thought, as he scrunched his wet body small and tight to try to stay warm. It didn't work. He was still cold."
If you give a mouse a brownie you will notice that he is soooo cute that you will do anything that he wants you to do and be exhausted at the end
It is these early positive introductions to STEM that is helping produce young, enthusiastic scientists.
