If you were a child/teen in the 80’s and 90’s you may have seen the Christian Television ad above. I loved the ad because I had the books that this ad was based on, The Jungle Doctor fables by Paul White.
I cannot remember why I loved these books so much, other than I loved reading them. I have always loved reading books that support my faith, I guess that started when I was younger than I thought. I love books that have a positive message, so I am sure the is one reason why I loved them too.
I have always enjoyed books that link back to bible verses, so I am sure this is another reason why I loved them so much too.
Perhaps the reason was as simple as I wrote in the front cover of the book when I was 6 years old…
Whatever the reason was why I loved the Jungle Book Doctor so much, I know that one thing has never changed…I do love books, I have for as long as I can remember and I especially love looking back at books I loved as a child and being able to share them with you.
