Today I just wanted to share some thoughts I had recently about literacy programs. Each child has the the right to learn and be immersed in literacy in libraries, each person that walks through the doors should feel as valuable as the person before and after them.
Say Zoop! is a book like no other, Herve' Tullet is unique in his approach to literacy and learning. This whimsical, colourful, interactive book will have your young child singing, SHOUTING, and whispering their way through it.
It has taken sometime but I am back to talk about the wonderful BookTrust program Letterbox and the Purple pack they sent me. I loved it when I received it and I love it still now, I think it has a whole heap of items that extend the reading and learning experience, but its best quality is that it is FUN!
"We are all different , as different as can be...But now look closer" and just like that I was engaged from start to finish, the author had captured my attention and imagination from the first page.
